Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials (hosting, third-party APIs, domains), copy assets, and approvals required to maintain agreed sprint delivery timelines. Delays in providing necessary assets may result in adjusted project delivery schedules.
5. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Payment milestones are structured according to the agreed project proposal (e.g., initial deposit upon kickoff, progress milestones, and final balance prior to production launch and DNS handover). All fees are non-refundable once work on a specific milestone has commenced and been delivered.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hyperlink Tech Solutions, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use client web applications, third-party hosting outages, domain registrar downtime, or unauthorized third-party access to external platforms.
